Shipping
We are able to ship to anywhere in the world. However, there may be restrictions on some products. Our shipping is based on the carrier that can provide the best rate. All rates are weight based. You determine the class of shipping.

We will estimate arrival time based on the location and the time that the product is mailed.



We offer free delivery up to 35 miles from our shop. If you require delivery beyond 35 miles, a fee is attached.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted for most non-personalized items within 30 days. There will be a full refund minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. If a personalized item is damaged, incorrect, or missing a part, we will replace and/or correct the item for no charge. We will pay for the shipping cost of the return and will not charge you for shipping the corrected or replaced order.

Damage
We strive to package our products so that the odds of damage are reduced. However, in the event your order is damaged, please contact us within 30 days and we will replace the order. (You will be asked to send us a photo of the damaged product).
